Marywood University, founded in 1915, is a comprehensive, coeducational, Catholic university. Its 122-acre campus is located in Scranton, 115 miles from Philadelphia and 120 miles from New York City. Marywood University consists of four colleges: Insalaco College of Creative and Performing Arts, Reap College of Education and Human Development, College of Health and Human Services, and College of Liberal Art and Sciences.
